Join us every Friday night during the school term for CIA Youth (Christ in Action), our youth ministry for high school students from Year 7 to Year 12. Our desire is to connect youth with each other and, more importantly, with Christ. Our leaders* are young adults from CGCC who are passionate about getting to know youth and supporting them in their journey of faith.
Come along and hang out with us as we play games, build friendships and get to know Jesus more. You’ll never guess what our energetic leaders have dreamed up, and that’s half the fun!
CIA Youth runs on Friday nights from 7pm-10pm at the church during the school term. Bring along friends and $5 for supper (if you can).
We also have a Youth Pastor, Joshua Daniel, who enjoys connecting with the youth in various ways such as challenging them and encouraging them to mature and grow in their faith and love for Christ. If you would like to join our youth nights, or connect with the young community, please feel free to email This email address is being protected from spambots. Life Groups
Life groups run fortnightly every alternate Fiday from 7pm-10pm at the church. It's a chance to go deeper into who Jesus is and what His word says. If you're in Year 7 to Year 12, we would love you to come along.
Along with the whole CGCC family, we're currently working through the book of Acts. We are discovering how God worked through the events and people in Exodus and to learn more about who He is today.
*All leaders are required to hold a valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC) and complete ChildSafe training in accordance with CGCC's Child Safety Policy.
Canterbury Gardens Community Church (CGCC) is committed to promoting and protecting the interests and safety of children. We have zero tolerance of child abuse and recognise Christian principles of valuing children and seeking their well-being. Our Child Safety policy has been developed and implemented to ensure we do our utmost in promoting and protecting the interests and safety of children.
